Every CŒURA piece is checked, wrapped and packed by hand before it leaves us.

Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping within the United States on orders of $150 or more.

For orders under $150, standard shipping is $8.

Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

We're unable to deliver to PO boxes. A signature may be required on higher-value orders.

Commissioned Pieces

Every CŒURA piece is made for you after you order.

Allow about four weeks, occasionally five. Single-metal pieces and designs without personalization are quicker; two-tone pieces take longest. We'll confirm the timing with your order.

You'll receive an email with tracking the day your piece leaves us.

Beyond the United States

We ship worldwide.

Duties, taxes and other charges assessed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order.

Please write to us before commissioning a piece from outside the United States if you have questions about timing or delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will arrive by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering.

If your tracking shows delivered and nothing has arrived, write to us within 48 hours at hello@shopcoeura.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier the same day.
